LAZAROWICH Capt. Terry, born July 25th, 1928 in Melfort, Sask. (Wakaw). Died peacefully on January 10th, 2003, after a long brave fight with cancer. Terry will be missed dearly by his wife Sandy, son Gordon (Tracy), daughter Julie (Jaret), grandchildren Emmett and Paige, sisters Terry, Lil and Alice, many friends from Pitt Meadows Golf and Country Club where he would be found playing golf or bridge on his time away from the sea. After some years of seeing the world with the Merchant Service, Terry made a career as a Tug Master on the B.C. coast. A member in good standing with the Canadian Merchant Service guild for over forty years. Also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #88 (Maple Ridge) for 42 years. Bon Voyage Skipper A Celebration of Life will be held for Terry at Pitt Meadows Golf Club, 13615 Harris Road on Friday, January 17th at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity or society of your choice would be appreciated.
